Does the rustic boathouse contain a boat? It’s not everyday we see Etude with covered windows—I do love the Ivy on your chimney—so “British Stately Country Home”!!

The dock rarely has a boat, so I suspect the boathouse is also lacking. But you never know, John may have some ancient watercraft in there.
Yes, the deciduous ivy is attractive, which is why we allow it to live and continue its slow process of demolishing our chimney.
27 C seems pretty comfortable to me. 41 not at all!!
True. At 41c, we spend most of our time in museums, restaurants, malls, or at the condo. Outdoor activities are for folks who like to be on their feet at 05:00.
